1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Definitions

- "User" refers to any individual engaging with or applying for opportunities through CMB.
- "Partner" refers to clients, agencies, or affiliates in formal collaboration with CMB.
- "Services" includes all project-based tasks, content evaluations, communication channels, and digital interactions.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in our services as a content evaluator, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide valid and accurate identification and payment details
- Possess basic content evaluation abilities and good written communication skills
- Be able to complete assigned evaluation tasks on time
- Successfully complete the trial screening process
CMB reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Platform Use & Behavioral Policy
CMB maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for abusive, unethical, or deceptive behavior.
Users agree NOT to:
- Use bots, automation tools, or AI to complete tasks
- Submit plagiarized or copy-paste content
- Spam or mislead CMB representatives or clients
- Disrespect moderators or bypass quality checks
- Create multiple accounts or share account access
Users must:
- Complete trial screening before participating
- Maintain clear communication during active roles
- Deliver tasks with care and accuracy
- Respect confidential information and content sensitivity
- Comply with all stated quality standards and guidelines
Violations will result in immediate termination and blacklisting from future opportunities.
5. Service Description
As a Content Quality Evaluator, you will:
- Watch pre-release short video content provided through our secure platform
- Identify grammar mistakes, duplicated storylines, or visual flaws (e.g., camera errors, improper background elements)
- Submit short, structured reports for each video, including quality assessment scores, specific issues identified, and improvement recommendations
- Provide professional improvement suggestions to help creators enhance content quality
All services are to be performed remotely with flexible scheduling according to your availability.
6. Independent Contractor Status
You acknowledge and agree that you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Cloud Media Boost. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for:
- Payment of all applicable taxes on compensation received
- Providing your own equipment (mobile device, laptop, etc.)
- Determining your own work schedule
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
7. Compensation & Fee Structure
Compensation
- Starting from $120 per accepted task or content review, depending on scope and performance
- Only tasks approved during internal review are eligible for payment
- Special or high-difficulty tasks may receive additional bonuses
Processing Timeline
- Payments are processed within 1-2 business days after approval
- Weekly batch reviews ensure consistent payment flow
- First-time payments may require additional identity verification steps
Payment Channels
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
- Wise
- Other options upon user request and approval
Fees
- No platform commission deducted unless specified
- Users are responsible for transaction fees from payment providers (e.g., PayPal)
- Manual payment correction due to user error may incur a $5.00 administrative fee
- Early termination of tasks in progress may result in partial or full compensation being withheld
Partner Referrals & Revenue Share
- Referrers are entitled to 20% revenue share from qualifying referrals
- Custom partnership tiers available upon written agreement
- Long-term partners may receive priority task assignment and higher compensation rates
8. Quality Rules and Violations
You agree to provide genuine and effective evaluations. The following violations may result in account penalties:
- False evaluation reports
- Submitting duplicate or AI-generated feedback
- Incomplete or vague submissions
- Use of automation tools or bots
- Multiple policy violations
Penalties may include quota score deduction, cooldown periods, or account suspension.
9. Termination & Inactive Accounts
CMB may terminate or suspend access for any of the following reasons:
- Policy violation or fraudulent activity
- Poor task quality
- Extended inactivity (30+ days without notice)
- Refusal to cooperate during screening or task revisions
- Repeated violations of communication protocols or confidentiality requirements
Termination Process
- Minor violations will receive one warning
- Serious violations will result in immediate termination without prior notice
- Following termination, all outstanding payments will be processed after review
- Terminated users may submit an appeal via email
Account Recovery
- Inactive accounts may be reactivated by contacting support
- Reactivation may require completion of a new trial assessment
- Blacklisted users typically cannot recover accounts
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Cloud Media Boost or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting reports and feedback as part of your evaluation work, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for business purposes.
All content accessed during the evaluation process is protected by confidentiality agreements and may not be shared with third parties in any form.
11. Dispute Resolution
Complaint Process
- All service-related complaints should first be emailed to [email protected]
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days
- Our team will investigate the issue and provide an initial response within 10 business days
Mediation and Arbitration
- If direct communication fails to resolve a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good faith mediation
- If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through an online arbitration platform
- Arbitration costs will be shared equally by both parties
- Arbitration decisions will be final and binding on both parties
Applicable Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless local jurisdiction mandates otherwise
- Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable regional or international legal frameworks
- Any legal proceedings must be brought in Singapore, unless prohibited by local law
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud Media Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of our services.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays by third-party payment platforms
- Data losses caused by external services
- Missed earnings due to quality rejections
- Task completion delays due to user communication channel issues
- Any events beyond our reasonable control
13. WhatsApp Communications
CMB uses WhatsApp solely as a communication medium due to its wide accessibility.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, or any of their subsidiaries.
All use of WhatsApp for communication is manual, non-automated, and for user convenience only.
14. Data Privacy
All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data without explicit user consent.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable regional or international legal frameworks.
16. Modifications
CMB may revise these Terms at any time. The current effective date will always be posted at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our platform after revisions implies agreement with the updated terms.
